Usage Method
Cleaning. Before use, you can use an appropriate amount of alcohol cotton to slightly wipe the surface. Note: Do not use acidic liquid to clean, so as not to corrode the outer surface of the glass.
Select the gasket correctly. When the ambient working temperature is within 280 ℃, the asbestos pad or tetrachloride pad can be used. When the ambient working temperature exceeds 500C, the graphite pad is recommended. Note: The thicker the glass is, the thickness of the selected gasket should be increased accordingly.
Apply force evenly. Do not use excessive force during installation. It is recommended to lock the screws evenly and diagonally.
Check regularly. After the mirror glass is installed, regular inspection must also be carried out, especially in the liquid environment containing acid and alkali, and the corrosion degree of the glass surface must be checked regularly to ensure the safety of front-line operators.
