Four Way Sight Glass

(1) cleaning. Before use, a proper amount of alcohol cotton can be used to slightly wipe the surface of the glass. Note: do not use acid containing liquid for cleaning, avoid corrosion of the outer surface of the glass.

(2) select the gasket correctly. When the ambient working temperature is within 280 ℃, asbestos gasket or PTFE gasket can be used. When the ambient working temperature exceeds 500 ℃, usually use graphite gasket . Note: the thickness of the gasket should be increased according the thick of the glass.

(3) use even force. It is not allowed to use too much force during installation. It is recommended to use even force to lock the screw according to the diagonal way.

(4) regular inspection. After the mirror glass is installed, regular inspection must be done, especially in the liquid environment containing acid and alkali, and the corrosion degree of the glass surface must be checked regularly to ensure the safety of the front-line operators.
