The vacuum relief valves also called vacuum breaking relief valve and vacuum breaking device, is a ventilation device installed on the storage tank to prevent negative pressure. It can be used together with the breathing valve to increase the air intake of the storage tank and destroy the vacuum state of the container to prevent the tank from being deflated. It can also be used alone.

The vacuum relief valve acts on the back end of the turbine. When the vacuum degree reaches the set value range of the valve, the valve starts to open and replenish air into the pipe.

The valve adopts stainless steel fiber welding technology to ensure good sealing effect.

When leaving the factory, adjust the vacuum degree according to the opening of the valve. (please indicate if there are special requirements.)

When the pressure of the vessel or pipeline is lower than the design pressure of -0.01kg ~ -0.1kg, due to the vacuum in the pipeline, the spring installed on the valve disc starts to work, and the valve disc is opened vertically downward. At this time, the outside atmosphere enters the vessel and destroys the vacuum. When the pressure of the vessel reaches + 0.5kg, the valve disc is pushed up by the air pressure to form a seal
