Hydraulic Safety Valve
The hydraulic safety valve is the safety standby equipment of the breathing valve. Its action pressure of suction and exhalation is slightly higher than that of the breathing valve. Once the breathing valve fails or its valve freezes in winter, the liquid seal of the hydraulic safety valve will be on working to protect the oil tank from damage.
The hydraulic safety valve is installed on the top of the oil tank and used together with the breathing valve.And the control pressure is from + 56 mm to - 50 mm.
Installation instructions:
① All our hydraulic safety valves shall be installed vertically.
② There shall be no resistance at the outlet of the hydraulic safety valve to avoid pressure.
③ The hydraulic safety valve shall be specially tested before installation and its official tightness shall be checked.
④ The hydraulic safety valve in use shall be inspected regularly.
