Pneumatic fluorine lined discharge valve has 3 to 5 mm thick fluoropolymers FEP PTFE PFA lining which is anti-corrosive and food grade. it's a wide application in chemical as well as pharmaceutical industries. Fluoropolymers are inert to almost major acids and alkalis and give a longer working life.
Working of the Pneumatic fluorine lined discharge valve is automated with the actuators with pneumatic cylinders or diaphragm actuators for a linear actuation of lined flush bottom valves. As a standard industry practice, for open into the tank, i.e. disc rising type flush bottom valves, diaphragm type actuators are preferred, while for open into valves, i.e. disc lowering type flush bottom valves, cylinder type actuators are preferred as higher stroke length is required for these types of valves. With these actuators, Pneumatic PTFE lined flush bottom valve is automated thus allowing the liquid & slurry to be drained off remotely and with minimum labor from tanks, vessels, and reactors. 2. The unique design of Pneumatic PTFE lined flush bottom valve ensures "Zero- Hold Up" in the bottom pad of the tank. And facilitate the free flow and quick discharge of the liquid or slurry through the valves.

12. The valves' seat- Conical Metal to Metal disc seating/ PTFE seating with option of fixed or Renewable seat. Further metal seating can be hard-faced by StelliteTM where distortion of seat by aggressive liquid or slurry is common.
13. IPneumatic PTFE lined flush bottom valvecan also be provided with temperature sensors to measure the temperature in the vessel.
