Swing check valve ,this is the primary Chongqing Jeri product line, Include Carbon steel swing check valve,Stainless steel swing check valve;Alloy steel swing check valve etc. manufactured in accordance with ANSI classes 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 & 2500 # and sizes from 2" up to 72" nominal diameter, provides the end user a wide variety of valves to satisfy their needs. Chongqing Jeri always keeps these valves in stock in the most common trims used in the industries. This product line is manufactured as per API-600 design equirements for gate valves; API-623 for globe valves and API-6D & API-594 for swing check valves.

One of the most important features of Chongqing Jeri swing check valve is its guarantee to meet and exceed 50 ppm maximum low fugitive emissions leakage rate as furnished "off the shell" without a Customer's special order requirement.

A swing check valve is normally recommended for use in systems employing gate valves because of the low pressure drop across the valve. Swing check valves are available in either Y-pattern or straight body design.

A swing check valve ,In either style, the disk and hinge are suspended from the body by means of a hinge pin. Seating is either metal-to-metal or metal seat to composition disk.

Composition disks are usually recommended for services where dirt or other particles may be present in the fluid, where noise is objectionable, or where positive shutoff is required.

Swing check valve is also called one-way valve or check valve, its function is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from flowing back. The valve that opens or closes on its own by the flow and force of the medium to prevent the medium from flowing back is called a check valve.

Swing check valves belong to the category of automatic valves, which are mainly used in pipelines where the medium flows in one direction, and only allow the medium to flow in one direction to prevent accidents. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

Nominal pressure PN1.0MPa~42.0MPa, Class150-2500;

Nominal diameter DN15~1200mm, NPS1/2~48;

Working temperature-196~540℃ in various pipelines, used to prevent the medium from flowing back.

By selecting different materials (WCB, CF8(M), CF3(M), 1Gr5Mo, 15CrMo1V, it can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing media and urea and other media. Mainly used in Petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power and other pipelines.
