High Pressure Hydraulic Ball Valve is a ball valve that can operate at more than 500 psi without the valve body getting damaged. High-pressure ball valves use a ball with a hole at its center to open or close the fluid flow. The ball makes a quarter turn or 90o angle to either allow or block fluid flow. When the hole on the ball is in line with the fluid flow, the valve is open. The high-pressure ball valve is closed when the ball is pivoted at 90o using a handle or actuator. High-pressure ball valves are very strong enough to withstand high pressure and temperatures. Also, high-pressure ball valves are durable which makes them able to retain their high quality even when used for many cycles. High-pressure ball valves are made of metallic materials such as stainless steel and steel materials. High-pressure ball valves are connected using compression or threaded type connection or bolts and nuts.

This is a Quarter Turn type valve and uses a solid, perforated pivoting ball to control the flow of most liquids including Oil Water or Fuel through it.Ball valve is Open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow and closed when it is pivoted 90-degrees by the valve handle.
The valve's handle will lie flat and in line with the flow when open, and is perpendicular (at 90 °) to it when closed, this design makes it very easy to tell visually when the valve is open or closed.The High Pressure Hydraulic Ball Valve series is based on a floating ball valve technology, specially built for endurance and reliability with a design pressure of up to ANSI Class 2500 (414 bar / 6000 psi). As standard, the high pressure series is made from forged or rolled bar material. Consequently we are able to 'sculpture' the valve to customer specific demands in a very short time.
High Pressure Hydraulic Ball Valve is available in single-acting and double-acting actuator types. To keep the project safer and run well, we will select the actuator according to the rule of 50% safety factor. Ensure the actuator could open/close the valve fully. The thicker valve walls make the valve safer in operation. Withstand high pressure up to 200bar. Widely used in heavy industries. Available in 2-way and 3-way.

Two-way High Pressure Hydraulic Ball Valve
This is a high-pressure ball valve that has two ports one for the inlet and the other one for the outlet. This type of high-pressure ball valve allows fluid to flow straight from the inlet port to the outlet port through the ball. This helps to reduce pressure drop as there is no change in direction of flow. A two-way high-pressure ball valve is suitable for on/off applications working on fluids and slurries.

Three-way High Pressure Hydraulic Ball Valve
A Three-way high-pressure ball valve is a valve with three ports. This high-pressure ball valve design uses a T or L formation. With this design, a high-pressure 3 way ball valve is capable of different fluid flow manipulations like mixing or diverting fluid flow. When the actuator or handle of this high-pressure ball valve is turned on, it turns the ball to align the bore on the ball with the inlet and outlet valve ports. The three-way high-pressure ball valve with L shape configuration allows fluid flow through 90o angle from one port to another port (fluid diversion). A Three-way high-pressure ball valve with a T-shape configuration allows fluid flow from one port to another (fluid diversion) and it also allows fluid flow from two ports to mix and then ejected to the pipeline.
