Bellows expansion joints is a compensation element, effective use of bellows telescopic body deformation, dimensional change in absorption pipeline,thermal expansion and contraction caused by the container, or compensation pipeline, conduit, vessel axial, transverse and angular displacement.The ptfe lined bellows expansion joints produced by our company can withstand various concentrations of acid and alkali, and solve the problem of poor corrosion resistance of metal corrugated compensator.It also has the pressure of stainless steel bellow compensator.
1. Pipeline and pipe fitting are hydraulically tested according to 1.5 multiples of design pressure.
2. The PTFE lining is hydraulically tested, 100% tested for soundness and inspected for its leakage by means of sparking test.

Advantages of steel-lined PTFE compensator
1,High chemical stability: can withstand all strong acids, including aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, organic acids, etc., strong alkalis, strong oxidants, reducing agents and various organic solvents. It is very suitable for feeding high-purity chemicals.
2,Wide use temperature: use temperature range -60C-250C.
3,Low friction coefficient: The friction coefficient is generally only 0.04, which is a very excellent self-lubricating material, and the friction coefficient does not change with temperature changes.
