The Rubber Lined Diaphragm Valve is a specialized shut-off valve that uses a flexible rubber diaphragm as the sealing component. It features a unique structure where the diaphragm separates the valve body cavity from the bonnet cavity, effectively isolating the working medium from the actuator. This design ensures a tight seal and excellent resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for various industrial applications.
Working Principle
When the handwheel is turned clockwise, the valve stem moves downward, pressing the diaphragm against the weir or flow passage to block the medium. Reversing the direction opens the valve. This mechanism provides reliable sealing and minimizes leakage.
