The principle of flat bottom tank valve is to push the piston in the pneumatic actuator upward through compressed air, and the piston rod is connected to the valve stem, while pushing the valve stem and valve seat upward. The valve seat extends into the container, thereby opening the valve and realizing the discharge of materials. When the air compression is lower than the spring force or there is no gas compression, the piston is pushed downward by the spring, driving the valve stem downward and closing the valve.
This design makes the flat bottom tank valve have the following characteristics during operation:
Automatic operation: It is driven by compressed air to realize automatic operation and improve production efficiency.
Good sealing: The spring reset seal is used to ensure the sealing performance of the valve when it is closed.
Simple structure: Single-acting cylinder structure, simple design and easy maintenance.
