Power Station Valve

Power station valve is also known as a special cut-off valve, and compared with other valve products, it is characterized by high temperature and high pressure, featuring a special self-sealing design where the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal. Because of its performance technology characteristics and operating mode, this special product has formed unique features that cannot be replaced by other products.

Manufacturing acceptance conditions are according to the provisions of the Japanese power valve standard E101, with the class structure of the power station valve length following E101 rules. The valve body welding groove is designed in accordance with ANSI B16.25 provisions or can be customized based on the size provided by the user. The valve is equipped with a reasonable cover packing box, packing, and corrosion inhibitor to ensure reliable sealing, along with a smooth switch operation. Its sealing structure effectively guarantees that there will be no valve leakage during the open run-time of the stem. The J61Y high temperature and high pressure power plant globe valve features a heat dissipation device, employing butt welding and pipe welding, making it suitable for high temperature and high pressure conditions. With a nominal pressure of 16, 25, or 32 MPa and applicable temperatures of 425°C, 450°C, 500°C, and 540°C, this valve is primarily used in industries such as iron and steel, metallurgy, power plants, and thermal enterprises.
