API 6A FC slab gate valve is Full bore design, effectively eliminate the pressure drop and Vortex, slowing down flushing by solid particles in the fluid.

Special seal type, and obviously reduce the torque of switching.

API 6A FC slab gate valve is Metal to metal seal between the valve body and bonnet, gate and seat.

The surface of gate overlay hard alloy by supersonic spray coating process and the seat ring with hard alloy coating or stainless, which have the feature of high anti-corrosive performance and good wear resistance.

API 6A FC slab gate valve Seat ring is fixed by fixed plate, which has good performance of stability.

Back seal design for the stem which can be easy for replacing packing under pressure.

One side of bonnet is equipped with sealing grease injection valve, in order to supplement the sealing grease, which can improve the sealing and lubricating performance.

FC Type Gate Valve are designed and manufactured per API6A and NACE MR-01-75 .it is a field proven valves with reliability and interchangeability.

The gate valve has Bi-directional sealing and a non-rising stem making it ideally suited for drilling manifolds, x-mas trees and severe service.

No special tools are needed to change gate and seat assembly.

The stem pin protects the stem and internal parts from failure by shearing if the handwheel is over torqued.

One piece gate helps to prevent line sediment from enteribng the body cavity and prevents pressure locks when the upstream pressure drops.

API 6A FC gate valve is designed and manufactured according to API 6A, 6D and NACE MRO175 Standards.

The sealing surface of valve seat and gate is overlaid (surfaced) with hard alloy, resistant to corrosion and abrasion.

Valve seat, gate and stem are sealed with imported lip-shaped combined seal structure, so they are safe and reliable, and the switching torque of valves is low. Simple and safe design of valve gate and seat, makes it easy to change without special tools. Non-rubber seal effectively protects valve chamber from mud, sand and rock, etc. Stem sealing can be changed under pressure. Stem is designed to be rising stem and non-rising stem, with a clear sign for valve opening.

Drive mode falls into manual, hydraulic and gear. Combining type falls into flange, thread and card box.

The FC gate valve features a non-rising stem with a slab gate. Full-Bore Thru-Conduit Design, Floating Slab Gate and seats,floating seat ring body bushing design to provide safe dependable service. It is available with flange or thread ends in standard bore size form 1-13/16" thru 7-1/16" ,in working pressures of 3000psi thru 15000psi. Seat rings, body bushings, gate, stem are easily replaced in the field, Simple routine maintenance program limits repairs, eases operation, protects against corrosion, and extends service life.
