Water Tank Breather Valve

Breather valve is a very important part for all the tanks and storage tanks.In order to ensure the performance of the new all-weather breathing valve to achieve the purpose of safe use, the breathing valve shall be inspected and maintained regularly:

1. Check whether the pressure valve disc and vacuum action are flexible, and whether the contact surface of guide rod and valve sealing ring is damaged;

2. When reinstalling the pressure valve disc and vacuum valve disc, the contact surface shall be tight and the guide rod shall be lifted and lowered flexibly;

3. When the new valve is started, the shockproof object of the valve disc shall be removed before installation, otherwise the breathing valve will fail.

4. The storage tank shall not be used for oil distribution when the temperature is within the range of zero degree due to wet and windy sand. In case of emergency production, it is necessary to open the oil measuring hole and other gas supply products to maintain the safety of the storage tank.

5. Before the breathing valve enters the oil in normal operation, the oil measuring hole must be opened first.

Note: 1. The new all-weather breathing valve has reached the ministerial standard in relevant university tests.

2. For all-weather breathing valve, the positive and negative pressure valve disc, valve seat and guide rod have been changed into stainless steel and F4, which has been tested by relevant universities and reached the ministerial standard.
