Bidirectional knife gate valve
The bidirectional knife gate valves have a cast steel or stainless steel body, which is produced in conformity with the relevant product norms and in conformity with EN ISO 9001 quality requirements.
They are available with various seals and, on request, may be manufactured with a square shape.
Those valves are suitable for water plants, pneumatic plants, waste water and purification plants, and for the chemical and food industries.
Furthermore, they are suitable for handling viscous liquids, and liquids with solid parts in suspension.
The seals are available in different materials, for use with the various fluids/service media.
These valves are supplied, as standard, with a rising stem.
On request, they can be fitted with a non-rising stem, as well as with a wide range of actuators and accessories available for this series.

Key Features
1. Full Port Flow Design: - Full port design for greater flow capacity, minimum pressure drop & eliminates turbulence.
2. No Internal Cavities: - Sleeve design is eliminates internal seat cavities. Gate banding, failure of valve & many problems occur due to seal cavity.
3. Eliminate Gland Packing: - Sleeves are seals against each other so no required any Gland packing.
4. No Contact between Valve & Slurry: - Sleeve design completely isolated the valve housing & Gaskets cover the other open metal surface from the slurry flow.
5. Bi-Directional: - Due to double sleeves design valve is sealed against line pressure in either direction.
6. Less maintenance cost: - As compared others gate valve our valve have not wearing parts. Only elastomer is requiring at the time of maintenance.
7. Gate Lubrication System: - Lubrication seal is provided for continues lubrication of gate plate. Seal is full of silicon based lubricant. Gate is passes through the lubricant seal.
